Women's Golf Unlimited, Inc., incorporated in February 1982, manufactures and markets proprietary lines of golf equipment for women and men, including golf clubs, golf bags, golf shoes, golf balls and accessories throughout the United States. The Company markets these products under the trade name and trademark Square Two and the trademarks Nancy Lopez Golf, Lady Fairway and several others, including S2 and Posiflow.

The Company designs golf clubs for women and men of all ages, and engages in continuous processes of refining existing designs and developing new designs. The Company employs two broad design approaches. One targets the steel shaft market, and the other targets the graphite shaft market. In recent years, the graphite shaft market has experienced tremendous growth, particularly among women. Graphite shafts are lighter than steel shafts and have greater design flexibility. The Company, recognizing that graphite has become the shaft of choice for the majority of women, has developed an extensive array of graphite shaft models.

Under the Square Two name, the Company manufactures and markets numerous products for women and men golfers of varying ages and abilities. These products include the Light & Easy, Power Circle, Rave II, Agree and Eight-is-Enough lines of golf clubs. Under the NancyLopezGolf trademark, the Company markets premium golf clubs, including the Albany and the Delma lines, and the Streak 78 and Fame 87. The Company's Nancy Lopez Golf products also include golf balls, the LopezGrip line of golf gloves, golf bags and other golf accessories. Under the Lady Fairway line, the Company markets ladies' golf shoes, including the Fashion, Outdoor, Legacy and Athletic collections, as well as golf gloves, golf socks and other golf accessories.

The Company competes with manufacturers of sporting goods equipment including Callaway, Ping, Nike, Taylor Made, and Cobra/Titleist.
