The company was incorporated in 1995 as Reink Corp. and changed its name to Adsero Corp. in March 2004. Adsero Corp. is headquartered in Mississauga, Canada. The company was engaged in the manufacture and marketing of ink products for the imaging consumables market. Its products included remanufactured laser toner and ink jet cartridges, inkjet refill kits, thermal printer film, bulk ink, and a range of specialty inks for industrial printer applications.

As of April 11, 2008, Adsero Corp. was acquired by Quantum Telecom Group in a reverse merger transaction.
