With offices in Jersey City NJ, the company was engaged in the purchasing, refining, selling, dealing in, and manufacturing sugar of all kinds and all products of sugar cane. The business operated the plantation Central Teresa in Ceiba Hueca, Manzanillo on the island of Cuba.
