International Book Distributors stock certificate 1960's

Fun stock with a nice vignette of a perched eagle with wings spread, printed in the same color as the border.  Issued and cancelled.  Dated in the 1960's.

Incorporated in Florida in 1956, the company was located in Miami.  Using the city as a gateway to Central and South America, the company published and distributed books to Latin America as well as across the United States.  The company was bankrupt by 1986 as margins decreased with transportation costs.
